Georgette began with a simple quest: when Lore set out to find her dream wedding dress, Lisa, her bridesmaid and longtime friend, joined the search. But what started as an exciting hunt quickly turned into frustration. Despite an open mind, Lore couldn’t find a dress in Brussels that truly wowed her. The bridal scene lacked the modern, fashion forward options she envisioned.
This shared experience, combined with their entrepreneurial spirit, sparked the idea for Georgette - a bridal boutique that brings something fresh to Brussels. After years of dreaming and planning, Lore and Lisa knew it was time to bring their vision to life.

From 13 to 31 May, Georgette welcomes Blanc Wear for an exclusive trunk show in Brussels. Designed and handmade in Amsterdam by Belgian designer Sarah Bruylant, Blanc Wear focuses on a more understated, architectural approach to bridal. The collections are rooted in minimalism, but never feel simple. Instead, each gown is built with precision, where cut, proportion and fabric take the lead. Crafted using high-quality French fabrics, the designs balance structure and softness. Clean lines, subtle volumes and carefully placed details create silhouettes that feel both modern and timeless. These are dresses that don’t rely on embellishment, but on construction and material to make an impact. Blanc Wear works made-to-measure, allowing each piece to be adapted to the bride. From 1 to 5 July, Georgette hosts the European trunk show of FLOURE, a Sydney-based bridal label with a distinct, artistic approach. FLOURE creates gowns that feel almost like wearable sculptures. The designs lean into softness and movement, with draping playing a central role. Each piece is shaped to follow the body in a natural way, resulting in silhouettes that feel fluid rather than rigid.
