Returns at Georgette

Not entirely satisfied with your order? That’s perfectly okay. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return — we’ll gladly guide you through the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@georgettebridal.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and clear instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Received the wrong item, or noticed a defect upon arrival? Let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. 

Please note that custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or style? You're welcome to return your item and place a new order for the piece you prefer.

EU right of withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the EU, you’re entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The amount — minus the return shipping cost — will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
